The   entity is causing DITA-OT error

When publishing a bookmap to DITA-OT PDF5.ml plugin, topics that include the   entity are missing from the output.

I'm getting this error.

The entity "nbsp" was referenced, but not declared.

It looks like this entity is deprecated for DITA 2.0.

If so, can you update the Oxygen Insert -> Insert Entity dialog?

Any suggestions on what to use instead?

Hi,

I'm not sure if this entity will be removed in the DITA 2.0 standard but it's possible, using such entity references should be at least discouraged.
Does the validation report any error when inserting it? If not, there is a transformation parameter called "args.grammar.cache", you could set it to "no" and see if publishing works for you.
