Running DITA-OT 3.x in Oxygen 19.1

I know there's a plugin for running DITA-OT 3.x in Oxygen 20.1 and I presume Oxygen 21. How would I go about doing this in v19 in the meantime?

Hi John,

Version 19 of Oxygen did not have the capabilities of installing an add-on which provides a DITA Open Toolkit distribution.
But if you have a DITA OT 3.x folder somewhere on disk, you can open Oxygen 19 and in the Preferences->DITA page point to that external DITA OT and consider it the default publishing engine.
