Can anyone have seen this issue? I am new to oXygen and need to solve this issue.

Is your DITA Map using a DITA DTD specialization? If so, please install the specialization plugin in the C:\Program Files\Oxygen XML Editor 20\frameworks\dita\dita-ot-2.5\ folder:
