Possible to add Home or Top navigation?

Hello,
I know how to add Next topic/Previous topic and Parent topic to the WebHelp. Is there a way to add a Home or Top link or breadcrumb?

Hi.

In the WebHelp Responsive output generated with oXygen XML v20.1 we already have this functionality (Go to Top, Home and Breadcrumb navigation). Please check this screen-shot:
