webhelp output of Troubleshooting Topic

Hi, The template of troubleshooting topic on the oxygen author edit page looks good!

But when I generate the webhelp output, I didnt get the same style of the troubleshooting topic.

Is there any way that I can get the same style of troubleshooting topic on my webhelp?
