disable element popups

it gets really awkward trying to edit a long DITA file in text mode when the editor keeps popping up boxes explaining was each element in my file is. like this

how do i turn these popups off?

Hi,

In the Editor / Content Completion / Annotations page from Preferences, there's an option called Show annotations in tooltip. If you deselect it, you won't see the tooltips that bother you.
