Transformation for output similar to DITA Maps Manager?

Hi,

I would like to create a PDF (or XHTML) which only shows the outline of a document defined by a DITA map, similar to the view which DITA Maps Manager provides. Is there already such a transformation available or which transformation should I use as starting point?

Hi Frank,

If you publish to plain XHTML, doesn't the index.html contain exactly what you want?
If you want to make it expandable you could probably add some Javascript code to it (some JQuery) to make it look like a tree.
