parameter transfer???
Hi,
I installed <oXygen/> on a windows 2000 laptop. I get the following message when starting the editor:
"Cannot transfer parameters to the running <oXygen/> XML Editor."
then the flash screen comes up, then nothing more
Anybody any idea what's going wrong?

Hi Hans,
The message means that the application thought there is an already running instance but cannot connect to that (this is for allowing opening a new file for instance in the alredy running application instead of creating a new oXygen instance).
After this message the application should start normally.
Things you should try:
- install the distribution that contains a Java Virtual Machine
- delete the com.oxygenxml folder from your user home directory if present.
If you still have problems please contact us at support at oxygenxml.com to send you details to enable the application logging.
