Generating a PDF from a single topic
Hello,
When I tried to generate a single topic with PDF scenario, it says that is what successfull, it says that the PDF was sent to the out folder, but it is not there.
I wanted to know if it was possible to generate a PDf from a single topic without using a dita map. We have topics that are true stand alone pieces of information. We use them as part of a document, but we also want to be able to generate the topic as a one or 2 pager leaflet. For this deliverable I don't want any title page, and we don't want any toc.
Best Regards
Carole

Hi Carole,
Can you search in the output directory for the PDF file using Windows Explorer (search for *.pdf)? Sometimes the DITA OT copies it inside a nested folder structure and it is not present in the top output directory.
If the PDF file is not there, could you send us the entire console output received from the DITA OT in the DITA Transformation tab?
You can use the support@oxygenxml.com email address.
Regards,
Radu
