Spelling mistake and translation missing

Hello,

I just noticed three minor mistakes in the current Oxygen 13 for German users.

1. One spelling mistake is located in the "Outline view" in the configuration menu. It has to read: "Kommentare" instead of "Kommentarte". And maybe processing instruction should be translated with "Verarbeitungsanweisung". So I propose "Kommentare und Verarbeitungsanweisungen anzeigen".

2. In the window menue the item "Hide current view" is not translated in the German version. It can be translated with "Ausblenden der aktuellen Ansicht".

3. In the German SVN Tool: In the right click menue we got two entries named "Aktualisieren". This leads to confusion. In the English version its called Refresh and Update. The equivalent German transaltion is "Erneut laden" (=Refresh) and "Aktualisieren" (Update).

Maybe those spelling/translating mistakes can be considered for the next Oxygen Update.
