Author allows split element when results will be invalid

1. Create new DITA concept and open it in Author mode
2. Add one <p> into <conbody>
3. Move caret below <p> and press Enter
4. Select split conbody
5. Author splits <conbody> and this results in invalid document

When presenting the drop-down list on Enter press, Author mode should check if splitting the current element will result in invalid document.

Thank you for pointing it out. If the schema does not allow one more conbody the auto completion window should not suggest adding it. We will fix that in a future version, maybe in the next version.
