problem printing a document with more than one page in 4.0.

When I print out a document (have just tried xml) that is more than one printed page in length, the first page prints fine, however, the remaining pages, other than the header saying 'page 2/4, page 3/4', etc. are blank. This is in Windows 2000.

Hi,

This is indeed a problem and it will be fixed by the 4.1 maintenance release. There is an workaround for this, turn line wrap [1] on from preferences and you should be able to print all the pages.
