PDF bookmarks (and other options)

I'm trying Oxygen out using the Docbook 4.2 book template-- I am able to create text and output PDF-- how can I enable bookmarks in the PDF? And what about other PDF output options?

You can enable bookmarks in PDF by setting the fop.extensions parameter of Docbook XSL stylesheet for FO output to value 1. If you install an external FO processor, for example XSL Formatter from AntennaHouse you have to set the axf.extensions parameter to 1. See http://www.antennahouse.com/xslfo/axf-extension.htm
