Eclipse M7 XEP on OS X freezes

When I try to configure XEP as external FO Processor it freezes.

XEP is installed in /Applications/XEP

I use the xep.sh script (I also try several alternatives with same JRE as Eclipse, also removing the duplicated jars (also available in Eclipse)).

It freezes both when I try to run the transformer or when I go to the preference page, in the FO Processor tab.

I could "recover" the situation by using the standalone oxygen to go back to the buit-in FO Processor.

I forgot to mention that exactly the same configuration: same XEP installation, same oXygen configuration is perfectly working using the standalone version of oXygen.
