Using catalog with DITA
Hi,
I started working with DITA and Oxygen a few weeks ago. I have encountered the following issue to parametrise my project.
I am using a catalog to reference my dtd,mod and ent files. I added the path to this catalog into preferences/oxygen/xml/xml catalog. Validation works fine.
However, when I try to output my project, the catalog is not used and I get non-fatal errors. I manually edited the catalog-dita.xml file present in the OT to reference my catalog. Then, the output is generated correctly.
I would rather not modify the toolkit. What can I do to avoid this?
Thanks.
Cheers,

Re: Using catalog with DITA
Dear Nicolas,
Indeed catalogs set in Oxygen are used only when validating DITA files opened in Oxygen. Configuring catalogs for the DITA-OT transformations indeed needs to be done through the toolkit's catalog files.
We will consider for a future version finding a solution so that catalogs set in Oxygen would be shared with the toolkit.
Regards,
Radu
