oxygen 7 reinstall failed on new XP home install

After installing a brand new XP home edition on
my pc I get the following error after
reinstalling oxygen 7 :

"MSVCR71.dll missing"

and than

"failed to load C:\Program files\Java\...\jvm.dll"

Oxygen 7 worked fine on my old XP install/
Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Resolved the problem by putting missing dll in system32 folder.
