Need better search features

Noticed the following problems in the oxygen search. Is there any solution for this:

Search using mathematical operator in the help documentation. For example ==, +, etc. Help documentation does not return any result. Need a fix for this.

When I search for ~= in the help documentation. First hits are not related to equality operator. The section which I am looking for is not present in the list at all, instead other section with the operators independently come up. Need better ranking of the search.

Can you tell us if you are using the WebHelp built-in search engine (default implementation) or the Oxygen Feedback search engine?
