How to do link to a place in a document, and that place is not a topic?

Hi all!
Can anybody tell me - how to make a link to a specific place in a document that is in another topic, for example, this target place is the name of a table?

You can set an 'id' attribute on the target element and insert a cross-reference to this. See the following links for more information:
