Licensing query

Hi,
We have a small pool of Oxygen licenses in our team. Some were used by team members who have since left. Can we recycle those licenses or are they used once they have been configured by those users in their instance of Oxygen Editor?
Any advice appreciated,

In order to identify the license please send us a short email on our sales email address (sale [at] oxygenxml [dot] com) and provide more details about,like: the order reference number, the delivery email address, the license key, the SGN field of the license key(s) or the invoice.
