Transformation Failure

I am getting this failure message:

net.sf.saxon.trans.UncheckedXPathException: An empty sequence is not allowed as the result of a call to table:find-entry-end-column#1

I can't find anything about it online.

Hi,

I assume this is when publishing DITA XML content to HTML5 or XHTML-based outputs right?
What version of Oxygen are you using for publishing? Are you using the bundled DITA Open Toolkit engine or a custom publishing engine version? Did you customize the publishing in any way?
You probably have a DITA topic containing a table which is somehow invalid, if you open the main DITA Map in the Oxygen "DITA Maps Manager view" and use the "Validate and check for completeness" action does it report any table related validation issues?
