SharePoint Online Connection issue ( Item not found )

Hello Guys,

I'm having an issue connecting Oxygen XML editor to our Sharepoint Online reposotory. In fact the authentication goes through normally i do get also on the browser the confirmation ( Authentication complete You may now close this window ) but i get an error after on Oxygen XML editor ( Item not found )

I have looked into the logs on azure side, i can clearly see that the authentication of the user was succesfull

The account used for this test has been excluded from all 2FA and conditional access rules but still it doesn't work.

do you have any idea ?
