WebHelp output from Oxygen 23.1 garbled

I just noticed more problems with version 23.1: it garbles the output of my WebHelp.

See the two attached screenshots: the 22.1 version displays the page correctly, while the 23.1 version wrecks the line spacing and introduces some weird overlay garble over my "Note" elements.

Thank you for your feedback.

In version 23.1 of oXygen XML, the rendering of DITA <note> elements in the WebHelp output was redesigned to make the content within the note even more noticeable.
From the screen-shots you've provided it seems that you are using a custom template with some CSS customizations for <note>.
Could you please try to run the WebHelp transformation using a default template and check if you get the same results?
In case with the default template you cannot reproduce the issue, you'll need to adapt the CSS customizations to the changes made in v23.1.
