Upgrade path from 1.2.2
Post by Chris123 »
Like many users, I've started using oXygen after getting it free in the UK on a magazine cover disc. As it was not strictly purchased, I'm assuming that the upgrade deal to the latest version will not apply. As you appear to have a few users who, like myself, like the 1.2.2 freebie and find the cost of purchasing a new version prohibitive, will there be an upgrade deal?
Cheers,
Chris

Hello,
Yes, you're right, the upgrade from the site is not available for the users who did not purchased a previous version of <oXygen/>. You said that you have the license from an UK magazine. If this is PC PRO magazine, you may find the upgrade offer and procedure on page 9 of the magazine.
If you'll need more information send us an email at support@oxygenxml.com
Best regards,
Mihai
