PDF transform error after upgrading to Editor 21.1

After installing Editor 21.1, I ran the "Run DITA-OT Integrator" scenario, which succeeded. Prior to 21.1, we would edit the DITA PDF scenario under DITA (not Lightweight DITA), to create a custom PDF scenario with these settings:

Running the custom PDF scenario in 21.1, we now get these errors and PDF fails to generate:

Hi,

Here are some things to check:

1) Check that you copied the PDF customization plugin to the OXYGEN_INSTALL_DIR\frameworks\dita\DITA-OT3.x\plugins folder.
2) If you run the DITA OT integrator see if it reports any problem.
3) Look in the Oxygen "Preferences->DITA" page at the default used DITA OT engine, it may not be set to the built-in engine so you may be using some other DITA OT installation.

I ended up uninstalling all previous versions of Oxygen, rather than upgrading or installing the newer version to a different location. I then installed Editor 22 and PDF output is working fine. Thanks!
