Fast create topics created duplicates

I created topics using the Fast create topics function, and every file was duplicated. Has anyone faced this problem?

Hello Irene,

1. Does this happen every time you try to use the action?
2. May it be that you accidentally clicked/pressed the OK button twice before the dialog was hidden?
