plugin installed but perspective and view are not in menu

I have installed the plugin and it is in the plugin directory. It us also visible in the product configuration page and is enabled however when i go to open the oxygen perspective or view, it does not appear as a selection.

I have also restarted eclipse with the -clean switch but the plugin is still not being loaded.

Hello,

Can you see the preferences page Window -> Preferences -> oXygen ? If not what is the error displayed in the Error Log view ? If yes what is the <oXygen/> build ID ? Does the oXygen XML perspective appear in Window -> Open Perspective -> Other ? If it appears do you get an error if you select it and press OK in the Select Perspective dialog ?
