Transformation opens Safari once, then doesn't

Post by drpj »

When I do a transformation the first time, my browser of choice, Safari, opens and displays the HTML properly.

If I close that browser window and do the same (or a different transformation) Safari does not come to the front nor does it load the resulting HTML file. I have checked the "prompt for file" in the output window of the configuration dialog, and checked the "Open in browser" checkbox and highlighted the "saved file" radio button in the same dialog. Original I had not made these selections, yet the first transformation was still opened in the browser while subsequent ones were not.

I'm probably doing something wrong, as I'm just starting to use this fantastic program.

Thanks,

What is the result of the command

Code: Select all

open result.html
executed from a command line after the first transformation, which opens the result in Safari correctly and after the second one, which does not open tge result correctly ? result.html is the transformation result.

I'm not sure what you mean "executed from a command line." A command line in oXygen or a Terminal session. I am running oXygen on a Mac OS X system. Also, I am using the option which allows me to name the output file. I have also tried it without that option enabled -- same results.

Thanks,

A Terminal session.
