Oxygen Vers. 7 bad performance at large file

Hello,

I tried to open a "large" file (397K) - better - a large amount of elements. Since Oxygen Version 7.0 it takes a long time to open and "pretty print" files like this.

Open - about 10 Sec.
Pretty Print - about 40 Sec.

With version 6.2 it worked fine. Every Task takes about 1-3 Sec.

Hi,

I will guess that the file has very large lines (or it is on a single line). In that case this should be fixed in the 7.1 maintenance release. Otherwise please consider sending us a sample file at support at oxygenxml dot com and we will look into that.
A workaround with 7.0 if it is the first case (large lines) is to enable the format and indent on open option from the Format preference page.

It works better now - with the " format and indent on open option" .

p.s. yes it's one long line.
