Frozen Topics in File Manager

I don't exactly understand how I came to do this but all my referenced topics displayed in the Dita File Manager suddenly cannot be moved - they are shown with a grey background. I can add the same topics again and they do not appear this way. It almost seems like there is some kind of 'lock' on the entries?
(nb: would show you a screen grab but can't seem to get your tool to accept images?)

You can send us a screenshot via email (support@oxygenxml.com), also send is some DITA XML content sample with how those topicrefs look like.
