Display referenced content not working

I am trying to figure out why my conref preview is not working. I have the option set to Display Referenced Content (Preferences/Editor/Edit Modes/Author), but all I'm seeing is the source tag, not the preview of the referenced content (conref).

Is there something that I'm missing? Other writers in my group are using Oxygen Author 17.1 with the same issue (i'm using oxygen editor 18.0).

Hi Rick,

So you are using our Reuse Content toolbar action to insert a conref, right? And the dialog which pops up has a preview area with two tabs Preview and Source. And you selected the Preview tab, right?
Could you send me a screenshot (support@oxygenxml.com) with how the dialog looks like on your side?
Also please include a screenshot with the Oxygen Preferences->Document Type Association / Locations page.
Are you using a CMS? Did you customize the DITA framework? Did you make any modifications to the OXYGEN_INSTALL_DIR/frameworks folder.

Yes, we do use a CCMS (SDL to be exact). As a side note, their plugin only works with x32-bit version of 17, not 18.x x64-bit version of Oxygen. Even after uninstalling their plugin, and uninstalling and reinstalling 18.1 x64-bit of Oxygen Editor, I still have the same problem where the preview of the conrefs are not displaying on the screen (yes, in Author mode) - even though the @conref code is valid. As a test I built a new conref on a local file (outside of the SDL repository) with the same results.

Also, I did not change anything in the OXYGEN_INSTALL_DIR/frameworks folder.
