i lost my acadedmic license

about april 2005 i bought academic license for Oxygen and lost license code, now i reinstall system and Oxygen and don`t know how to recover license, i guess that in your database i registered as Vyacheslav Sedov (Vyacheslav is Slava`s oficial fullname) maybe at that time i used e-mail slava.sedov@yandex.ru but now it closed since i moved to gmail becouse yandex mail suck
