Splitted PDF content is not copyable when generated from oXygen!

Hi team,

We are facing one issue related to the PDF generated from oXygen.

For a bookmap, we have created the PDF and then we are splitting the PDF using the option in Acrobat Reader and trying to copy paste content to notepad.

Steps followed:

1. Opened the generated PDF in Acrobat Reader
2. Clicked on File -> Print and selected "PDF creator" in printer option
3. In the 'Pages to print', selected 5 - 6 and clicked Print
4. Opened the printed PDF and tried to copy some content from the same and pasted to notepad. It is pasting question marks ? only in the output

Copying and pasting from base PDF is working fine.

Could you please let me know the reason and solution for this.

Hi Shabeer,

I'm not sure if this relates to Oxygen. You should probably contact the developers of "PDF creator", send them a sample PDF and see what they have to say.
