I have problems creating an Eclipse Plugin

I have to create a plugin for Eclipse 3.1.
My problem is that I have a swing application end I have to converted to an eclipse plugin, I did it but I dont know how to make de feature to install it.

Sorry if my english is not so good but I speak spanish.
