Document Type Associations are overridden

Hallo,

I am using the oXygen XML Editor Eclipse Plugin and just updated to version 17.0.0.v2015071312 by using the check for updates functionality of Eclipse. Afterwards I realized that the default Document Type Associations are overridden. I suggest to store or copy the customized frameworks during an update, so that the customized default frameworks doesn't get lost.
