Webhelp Mobile - error loading page

Hello,

I generated from a Ditamap a document using the Webhelp Mobile, out of the box, scenario. I don't get any error message when generating and the web help opens properly.

But,
I can click the first level, corresponding to topic headings in my ditamap , and move to the topic level.
I can see the topics under each Topic Heading.
I can click the topic, but it does not open, I get an error message.(Error Loading PAge)

The funny thing is that if I rigth click the topic and select open in new tab , or in new window, the topic opens....

Any idea why I can't click directly on the topic title to open the content of the topic?

Hello,

You are right to expect that a new page with the topic content should be opened when you click on the topic title, however we need more details for reproducing this issue.

• Please let us know in what browser (name and version) you get this problem.
• Did you run the Webhelp-Mobile transformation in an installation of an Oxygen 16.x version?
• Please send us a set of sample files for reproducing the problem: a sample DITA map and the included DITA topics.
