Oxygen 15.1 fails to launch

I just downloaded and installed version 15.1 and am unable to launch the application. In fact, none of the new applications (Oxygen, Diff, User Manual, etc.) included in the upgrade will launch.

The upgrade was installed the same way as all of the previous upgrades. Never had this problem before, and all of the applications from the previous version (15.0) continue to work perfectly.

What am I missing here?

Mac Pro 2012, OS X 10.8.5, Java 7 Update 45.

Hi,

Please try downloading again a fresh archive from our website and make sure it has the correct size (v15.1 is ~113MB).
After you unpack the archive, if you want to move the application to the /Applications folder, please move the entire unpacked Oxygen folder. Note that if you move the individual .app launchers outside of that folder, they won't start.

If all else fails, you can try starting it from the Terminal window with the command line startup script:
