OXygen Web author UI Capabilites

Hi team,

At my company, we are evaluating the Oxygen web author at a high level before we started to procure the licenses for the application. The main points of concern are

• Can i create a custom pane in the side view of the oxygen web author with business specific styling and custom information based on a business logic, if so would it be based on frameworks/plugins

• Can i perform async calls/operations through the oxygen web either through framework/through the plugin

• Can the async operations update the contents of the custom view

The feasibility of these above mentioned provisions are crucial for completing my evaluation. Any help/confirmation would be really helpful. If there are already some links/code snippets that could solve the requirement, please share those i would be using it for documentation purposes.
