PositronPluginViewID window

The Oxygen AI Positron plugin was working fine for me (Oxygen 28). Then I updated it to 8.1.2. Now I no longer have an "AI" menu. And going to Window --> Show view only offers a PositronPluginViewID option, which comes up as a blank window (see screenshot). I've tried closing and restarting several times. Ultimately uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin worked, but then the next time I restarted Oxygen I was back to this same problem.

I've seen this before, as have other members of my team. Usually some combination of closing, restarting, etc. ultimately resolves this. But that's not working for me anymore. How can I get this working again?

Thank you for letting us know!

Instead of starting Oxygen using the .exe, please use oxygen.bat. Then, after the problem happens, check if there is any error in the Command Prompt window/Terminal, if so please copy it and paste it in a followup message in a code block.

One more thing: I would suggest upgrading to the latest maintenance kit of Oxygen 28.0. You can find it at https://www.oxygenxml.com/xml_editor/do ... ditor.html. This may fix the problem .
