How to load the NLM DTD

I'm having trouble loading the NLM DTD. Are there a set of instructions to follow? Is the NLM DTD a problem since it contains several different modules?

I guess you are talking about the Journal Archiving and Interchange Tag Suite
.

Did you download the DTD's locally or are they referenced remote?
Can you give us more details about the DTD you are trying to use from this project?
Can you give us a sample XML file to see the way you are referring the DTD?

Hi Radu,

Yes, I'm referring to the Journal Archiving and Interchange Tag Suite. I was able to figure it out. The DTD is local on my machine, I just made a misstep when trying to load it the first time.
