WebHelp in AEM Guides CCMS
I'm trying to get XML WebHelp running in the Adobe AEM Guides DITA CCMS. I am running into problems that other CCMSes (Heretto, RWS) do not have with WebHelp.
Is it even possible to use WebHelp in AEM Guides?
Thank you,
Mark Giffin

Hello,
We do not have experience with Adobe AEM Guides DITA CCMS, and we have not configured or run Oxygen XML WebHelp from within Adobe AEM Guides.
Oxygen XML WebHelp is developed as a DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT) plugin. The installation and execution procedure is documented here:
https://userguide.sync.ro/webhelp-respo ... ta-ot.html
Running a WebHelp transformation requires executing a command-line process. Therefore, if Adobe AEM Guides DITA CCMS can be configured to run this type of command-line publishing process, it should be possible to generate WebHelp output.
We recommend contacting the Adobe AEM Guides support team to inquire how their publishing mechanism can be configured to execute an external command-line process as part of the publishing workflow.
