Report to list unused templates, functions, and variables

The team I'm on has inherited a large XSLT and want to create a report that lists unused templates, functions, and variables, so we can clean up and refactor the XSLTs more easily. Is there an option that would show unused templates?

In the debugger it lists which templates were used, how many times, and file name with line number. Is there a way to export the results in the "Templates" view?

Unfortunately, there is no way to export the results in the "Templates" view from the "XSLT Debugger" perspective.
