CSS editor: wrong suggestion "unset" for -oxy-display-tags

For the -oxy-display-tags property, the CSS editor suggests also the value "unset" which is not among the valid values.

Hi Frank,

Oxygen 28.0 is available, in this version "unset" will not be marked as invalid value for -oxy-display-tags anymore.
