How to add a list of all the notes and hazards in the topics, with links and page numbers like list of figures and tables, when I output from DITA to PDF based on HTML5&CSS?

Hello,

Unfortunately adding lists for notes and hazards as figurelist/tablelist implies a lot of modifications inside the XSL stylesheets. You can still check how figurelist/tablelist are processed in the different plugins and create your own templates for notes/hazards.
