FileNotFoundException-map.dtd (The system cannot find the file specified)

any idea about this issue

the files under the folder below are accidentally deleted
Oxygen XML Editor 20\frameworks\dita\DITA-OT2.x\plugins\org.dita.base
Though restored from recycle bin we are getting this error

Plz help it is little urgent
