Clear CCMS cache - Oxygen hangs

Hi, I'm using XML Author 19.0. I do a lot of map validation and I need to use the Astoria > Clear CCMS Cache menu option to clear errors I've recently fixed. But whenever I use that menu option, then exit and restart Oxygen, it hangs on restart. ("Creating menu options" is where it hangs, if that helps.) I have to use Task Manager to kill Oxygen and start it again. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Corinne,

If you contact us directly (support@oxygenxml.com) we can give you some details about how to enable full logging in Oxygen. Then you can reproduce the problem, wait for one minute, force kill Oxygen and then send us the log files. They will give us a better idea about this.
