Oxygen 17.1 Transformation suddenly failing

I am suddenly receiving the following when I run a tranformation. It worked fine an hour earlier. I don't see any console output or logs to check. Any suggestions?
F [DITA-OT] Transformation failed.

Hi Victoria,

In the Oxygen Preferences->"DITA / Logging" page there is a "Show console output->Always" radio button. Maybe you can check that and try to publish again, see if the DITA OT console view shows more details about the failure. You can attach its contents to this thread if you want us to take a look at it.
