Extended frameworks buggy after modifications to base

Post by Patrik »

Hi,

I have a custom base-framework and three additional ones that are extensions of my base-framework.
Now it apperars from time to time that an AuthorOperation in an extended framework no more works because some parameters are wrong - either because a parameter from the base-frameworks has NOT been patched correctly or because a patch from a completely different AuthorOperation has been applied.

Is this already a know issue? It looks like (in the framework xml code) that the patches use some kind of index. Thus, after removing an entry from the base-frameworks all patches to the following AuthorOperations are shifted!?

Thanks and regards,
Patrik

Hi Patrik,

If you attach to an email the base.framework and the extended.framework then give me some details about the problem I could try to look into this. It could either be a bug or a limitation of the extension mechanism.
