OS X Mavericks keyboard shortcut for comment

The keyboard shortcut to toggle comment is Shift-Command-,

When I try this on selected text, it appears as though the comment is applied, then immediately removed. I see a quick change in the line and an immediate reversion. Is this known problem?

Hi,

We know of a problem (content completion being triggered) when invoking the "toggle comment" (Shift-Command-') on an existing XML comment in a very specific context.
However, what you're describing seems to be happening from the opposite state.

What version of Java is Oxygen using (check in Help > About, System properties, "java.version")?
Does this happen consistently? Do you obtain this with any file, or in a very specific context?
Could you please provide a sample file and the context where you invoke the "toggle comment" action?
