Do you mean form controls for editing XML documents in Author mode? Please look at the video demo about that. There are examples in the directory [Oxygen-install-dir]/samples/form-controls.

Open XML with IE, or Chrome ?
I just use with oXygen ?

You open an XML file in Oxygen Author mode and the XML file has a CSS associated that declares some Oxygen form controls. Did you look at the video demo? Did you open in Oxygen the XML files from directory [Oxygen-install-dir]/samples/form-controls?
