Image in title tag shows abruptly in the webhelp nav

Hi,
There is an image added in the title tag of the dita topic. After the webhelp classic output is generated, i could see the image in the side nav(toc). When i generate webhelp responsive output, i see the image in the top dropdown nav for the first time. Next time i click the nav, the image disappears.

Can you help?
